본 싸이리스터 테스터 YSP 50-01는 현장의 요구에 따라 싸이리스터 및 다이오드의 테스트를 위한 장비의 무게가 가벼워 휴대하기 적합하게 제작되었습니다.
특 징
■ 테스트 전압 : 5000V 까지 (Vdrm 과 Vrrm)
(Vdrm : Max. repetitive peak forward blocking voltage (50Hz, 10ms))
(Vrrm : Max repetitive peak reverse blocking voltage (50Hz, 10ms))
■ 트리거링 값 테스트
사이리스터 테스터 YSP50 운 영 지 침
테스터기에 110V~120V 60Hz 전원을 투입하고 POWER의 붉은 점등이 들어오면 테스터에 정상 전원이 투입됨을 나타냄.
OFF-STATE 전 압 과 REVERSE 전 압 측 정
1.GATE 전압과 전류 측정용 플러그를 분리시킨다.
2.ANODE (검정색)와 CATHODE (빨강색)의 고압선을 THYRISTOR 혹은 DIODE에 연결한다.
3.CURRENT LIMIT 스위치를 30mA 또는 100mA 로 선택.
4.OFF-STATE 또는 REVERSE로 전압 극성을 선택한 후. VOLTAGE CONTROL을 시계방향으로 돌려 마지막 위치에 놓고 TEST 버튼을 누르고 VOLTAGE CONTROL을 시계방향으로 TEST 하려는 전압으로 돌린다.
주 의 : P-CLASS (전압등급)에 나타난 전압보다 더 높은 전압에서 소자들을 측정하지 말고, 50mA 를 초과 해서는 않됨.
GATE 전 압 과 GATE 전 류 측 정
GATE 전압과 전류를 측정하기 위해 계기 뒷부분에 플러그를 연결, GATE TEST 램프 점등.
ANODE (검정색)와 CATHODE (빨강색), GATE (흰색) 선을 사이리스터에 연결.
A-METER에서 알맞은 전류 범위 설정. X1 ? 실제수치 , X10 ? 1O배수치.
TEST 버튼을 누르고 사이리스터가 도통 되었음을 알리는 ON ? STATE 램프가 켜질때 까지, GATE CONTROL을 끝에서 시계 반대방향으로 돌리면서 조정함.

본 싸이리스터 테스터 YSP 50-01은 사이리스터와 다이오드 TEST 를 위한 것으로 소자를 납품시, 혹은 샘플로, 혹은 취부전에 분리하여 시험 할수 있다.
아래의 값들을 시험 할 수 있다.PEAK OFF-STATE VOLTAGE : Udrm : 5000V까지
PEAK REVERSE VOLTAGE : Urrm : 5000V 까지

싸이리스터 테스터는 제어반과 측정기기들을 보호하기 위하여 힌지로 커버화된 사각의 금속제 박스로 되어져 있다. 테스트할 싸이리스터와 다이오드는 각각에 캐소우드와 애노우드 라도 표기되어 있는 두개의 고압 전선에 연결되어 진다. 전선은 악어클립이 취부 되어 있어, 소자가 히트싱크에 고정되어 있어도 안전하게 접촉 할 수 있다. 싸이리스터 테스터 YSP 50-01은 제품의 올바른 사용을 위한 지침서도 동봉한다.
공급전원은 220V / 50Hz 또는 110V / 60 Hz 이다.
테 스 트 전 압.
OFF STATE 와 REVERSE VOLTAGE 테스트는 TEST시, 반도체의 열적 손상을 피하기 위해 시험 대상을 반파 정류된 AC 전압으로 실행한다.
OFF STATE 전압, OFF - STATE 전류 그리고 역전압, 역전류는 개별적으로 측정기로부터 직접 읽을 수 있는 PEAK값으로 측정한다.
트리거링 값은 아노드와 캐소우드사이의 주전압으로6V 스퀘어웨이브(50Hz)로서 측정한다. 0~15V 사이에 마추어진 DC 전압은 트리거 전압으로 사용되어진다.
사 전 안 전 조 치
1. 고압의 제품은 접지로부터 완전하게 절연되어야 한다. (10kV)
2. 전류는 전선의 연결점 (아노드 케소드라고 표기된) 사이에서만 전달된다.
3. 모든 시험 포인트들은 접지한다.
4. “TEST ” 푸쉬버튼은 시험중엔 반드시 내려져 있어야 한다.
전압시험은 항상 0V 로부터 시작한다.
만일 시험중 PUSHBUTTON이 풀리면, 전압을 0V로 돌아가며 전압시험은 다시 해야 한다.
시험 전류는 30mA 또는 50mA로 제한한다.
장치 외함은 주전압선을 경유하여 접지한다.만일 필요하다고 생각하면 외함은 특별한 접지점을 거쳐 접지해도 된다.
몇가지 고전압에 사용되는 특별히 커다란 소자 (U 4000V이상) 를 위해 전압 특성이 정상일때는 YSP 50-01를 사용 할 수 있으나, YSP 50-01의 누설전류 한계 때문에 Udrm 과 Urrm에 도달되어 질 수는 없다.

The thyristor test set YSP 50-01 may be used for the testing of thyristors or diodes. The components may be tested separately, on delivery, for example, or when installed.
The following parameters may be testded:
- Peak off-state voltage, UDRM up to 5 KV
- Peak reverse voltage URAM up to 5 KV
- Gate voltage and gate current Ua , Ia
The thyristor test set is enclosed in a sheet metal box with a hinged lid for the protection of instruments and controls.
The thyristor or diode to be tested is connected to the unit with two high tension cables labelled anode and cathode respectively. The cables are equipped with crooooile type clips for simple and safe contact when the component is mounted in a heat sink.
The thyristor test set YSP50-01 is delivered with instructions for correct use of the unit.
Supply voltage 220 V/50 Hz or 110 V/60 Hz
Test voltages
Off-state and reverse voltage tests are performed with half wave rectified a.c. voltage over the test object to avoid heat damage th the semiconductor unit.
Off-state voltage and off-state current and reverse, voltage and reverse current respectively are measured at peak value which is read directly from the instruments.
Triggering data is measured with a 6 V square wave(50 Hz) as the main voltage between anode and cathode. A d.c. voltage which can be adjusted between O V and 5 V is used as trigger voltage.
Safety precautions
The high tension unit is completely insulated from earth(10kV). Current is conducted only between the cable connected points labelled anoth - cathode. All test points stand up to earthing.
The pushbutton 'Test must be depressed for the duration of the test. Voltage tests always begin from 0 V. If the pushbutton is released during a test, the voltage returns to 0 V and the test must be restarted.
The test current is limited to 30 mA or 50 mA. The apparatus enclosure is earthed via the mains voltage cable. If considered necessary the apparatus enclosure can be earthed via a special earthing contact.
For larger components of types YST35, YSD35, YST45 and for high voltage components (U>4000 V), YSP50-01 can be used to determine if the voltage characteristic is normal. It is not certain however that UDRM and URAM are reached because of limitations in the leakage current for YSP50-01.
